I have practiced massage and acupressure since 1989.My interest in massage came about as part of my own healing journey when I first used acupressure successfully for pain relief.

Learning massage and acupressure has allowed me to help many others reduce their pain, and promote relaxation.

My years of training combines massage techniques from eastern and western traditions.

• Taught introduction workshops in aromatherapy
• Completed 2nd level Reiki
• Classes in the topical use of flower essences

• Workshops and practice pregnancy massage
• Teach/practitioner of CFQ, Cosmic Freedom Qigong  
• Instruction in Hakomi therapy & Ayurvedic spa treatments
• Previous practices in Salem and Oregon City
• On the coast since 2003, opened Sea Essence Massage soon after

I have a background in eastern and western massage techniques as well as energy work. I want each person to know that I see you as a unique individual and try to match a healing modality to address your needs.   Recently a client described my massage practice as friendly, inviting, warm and personal. Massage has always been more then a business to me, the ability to help others attain better health has always been my primary goal.
